Paper Submission:
Submitted papers must not
substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are
simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings.
Papers
should be at most 15
pages not including the bibliography and well-marked appendices.
Committee members are not required to read the appendices, and so the
paper should be intelligible without them. Submission instructions will
be posted soon. Paper submissions will be electronic only. Only pdf or
postscript files will be accepted. Please do not submit MS Word
documents. One of the authors of an accepted paper must register for the
conference and present the paper.
Dual
Submission Policy:
Submitted papers must not

On going
Research Reports:
There will be two sessions to
present reports on the current research projects. One session will be
for academic institutions and the other for the industrial
establishments. The research reports should be submitted in the same way
as the technical papers. A report should maximum be of 4
pages.
All papers and research reports should be formatted using
Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) style. Paper submissions will
be electronic only. Only pdf files will be accepted. Please do not
submit MS Word documents. Formatting guide and style sheets (for both
LaTeX) and MS Word are available from Springer LNCS site.
Camera-Ready manuscript must be submitted in Latex.
Tutorial
Proposals:
There will be a day-long
tutorial program (at most four three-hour tutorials) on 17-18 December
2006. Proposals are invited for tutorials of duration three hours on
relevant topics of current interest. A tutorial proposal should include
the extended abstract of the tutorial and a brief biography of the
speaker (s). Please mail your proposal to the Tutorial Chair at
latest by July 10, 2006. The speaker (s) of accepted proposals need to
submit final presentation one month before the conference to the
Tutorial Chair.
Proceedings:
Conference Proceedings will
be published in Springer LNCS series.
